Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at DCB Worldwide. We are committed to delivering your gear as quickly and reliably as possible. All our domestic shipments are handled by our official courier partner, J&T Express.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a notification via email or SMS once your order has shifted from "Processing" to "Shipped."

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer nationwide shipping across the Philippines. Delivery times are estimated based on J&T Express’s standard transit times:

Visayas (Bacolod & Nearby) 2–4 Business Days
Mindanao 5–7 Business Days

Note: Deliveries to remote areas (Out-of-Delivery Zones) may take an additional 2–3 days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.

Once your order is picked up by J&T Express, we will provide you with a Tracking Number. You can track your package's journey in real-time through the following:

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery via J&T Express for most locations nationwide. Please ensure someone is available at your shipping address to receive the package and settle the payment. J&T riders will typically attempt delivery two (2) times before returning the item to us.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

Your satisfaction is our priority.

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo/video of the external packaging and the item immediately and contact us at support@dcbworldwide.com within 24 hours.

  • Insurance: All orders are covered by J&T’s standard insurance. For high-value orders, we recommend contacting us to arrange additional coverage.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been handed over to J&T Express, we are unable to redirect the shipment.
