Returns and Exchange
At DCB Worldwide, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Our goal is to make the return process as seamless as possible so you can get back to what matters.
The Basics

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags still attached.

Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or packing slip to help us process your request faster.
How to Start a Return

Visit our Portal: Head over to our [Returns Center] and enter your order number and zip code.

Choose Your Option: Select whether you would like a size exchange, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.

Ship it Back: Print the prepaid shipping label provided and drop your package at any authorized carrier location.
Refunds & Processing

| Return Transit | Usually 3–7 business days. |
| Inspection | Items are inspected within 48 hours of arrival. |
| Refund Issue | Processed immediately after inspection. |
| Bank Processing | Can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. |
Exchange Policy
Love the item but need a different fit? We offer free exchanges on all domestic orders.

Once your return package is scanned by the carrier, we will automatically process and ship your new exchange order.

If the requested size is out of stock, we will issue store credit or a full refund instead.
Non-Returnable Items
While we try to be flexible, the following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page.

Gift cards.

Intimates or swimwear (for hygiene reasons) if the protective seal has been removed.
